Seriously, game overload!

So, it's that time again, the year when some of the most amazing games come out, cept this year is a tad different The variety of games comming out this year such as: Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Kayne & Lynch, 2 Soldiers and, well, honestly the list goes on.  It's time to spotlight one of these games, and toss up a poll in our forum by clicking here, these specific four games are there, Pick one tell us what you think. I had a chance to play assassin's creed and the gameplay for this game is pretty intense, maybe a tad repetitive, but with that aside this is a fantastic game with several options to run with.  The story line is also pretty interesting. Also some of the most amazing upcoming games are soon to hit us in the next year, one of those awaited games is Fable 2,  I honestly cannot find a reason to dislike the idea behind Fable nor its conclusion Fable 2 which offers a seriously new dynamic idea to AI,  This idea along with Assassin Creed's ability to use human motion and Mass Effects ability to stun with its dynamic and amazing storyline, should seriously show signs of amazing upcoming video games along with stunning new ideas and graphics.    Welcome to our new home.  We are proud to offer a frontpage and forum to our members and visitors alike.  There will be several changes over the next week to improve this site and acomidate our clan members and friends.  Below is a clan Bio created by TankerAce and our first new web design since our move from our old servers.

HISTORY

House of Fools was founded on May. 22. 2004 by ‘SCHLONG’ who was originally a large fan of UT’99 Death Match and Low Gravity Insta-Gib game play. During that time period, ‘SCHLONG’ had considered building a CTF Clan for Low Gravity Insta-Gib, but Standard UT Death Match was a much more active venue to build a clan upon.

Like most things in life, SCHLONG’S Clan Organization started humbly; with a Public 4 Man, Normal Weapons Death Match Server, broadcasting a tiny message into an ocean of other Game Servers. This server reflected the Game Play Style supported at the one of the most populated game servers on the UT bandwidth; The House of Crippler.

SCHLONG’S server was alive and advertised for approximately seven days with no player traffic to speak of; then out of the vast void of Cyber Space a player tapped into the His Server. An anonymous player by the Game Handle ‘TANKERACE’

From that day forward an online friendship took place as TANKERACE introduced SCHLONG into the world of Gaming Clans.

From that day forward, SCHLONG started to build his Clan one piece at a time; starting with his humble 4-player UT game server amongst an ocean of massive servers and even more massive Gaming Organizations.

PRESENT

The HOUSE OF FOOLS is currently one of the most active and prestigious On Line Gaming Clans in North America. Members of the {HOF} Clan Tag span from coast to coast, and from all walks of life.

The HOUSE OF FOOLS now supports no less than Four Game Servers at any given time of the year. But the backbone of the {HOF} Clan Tag still resides in Classic, Hard Core Unreal Tournament.

The one exception is now, On-Line Players support the {HOF} Clan from virtually all platforms. Counter-Strike, World of War Craft, Wolfeinstien, and even the original Quake has a residence at {HOF}

FUTURE

The HOUSE OF FOOLS has a promising Future in the On-Line Gaming Community. As internet and information technologies push the On-Line Gaming Experience to new ascensions the {HOF} Clan has plans to be there and support the players of the next generation Cyber Athlete.

House of Fools Mapping Contest Results

After a long and grueling battle between our contestants, the judges have finally come to a decision. Of the 15 maps entered, these three were chosen as the most creative and functional.

Third Place: Stencil with his CTF-Deep-Fix map. Congratulations Stencil.

Second Place:  Pyremius_{HoF} with his CTF-BangBang map. Great job Pyremius!

The House of Fools Mapping Contest Grand Prize Winner is Mutha with his CTF-CrapAssMap.  Awesome job Mutha!

{HoF} would like to thank all contestants and congratulate them on a job well done! We would also like to extend a special thanks to our judges who spent a countless amount of time examining and grading the maps. Once again, thanks to everyone and we hope to see you all next time!

House of Fools Map Contest!!

 We are hosting a hell of a Game Map Contest.  The prizes are intense and everyone involved in a clan is invited!  If you got a nack for creating video game maps for Counterstrike Source or Unreal Tournament this is for you.  Signing up in our forum and posting a topic will show your interest.  We want this to be big and we want you to be here, because if you're not, you're square.

Why should I? some of you may ask.

We are lining up some amazing judges for this one, none that will be biased against or for our own members, this is going to be a free for all for all who have a creative side in the map design area. Get ready its gonna be a rough ride!

Things to come!

    We had a poll up from our last news section regarding which games we thought were some of the best in the year 2008.  You can't tell we are Unreal Tournament Fans, Unreal Tournament won by 9 votes but ironically COD: Modern warfare and Assassin's Creed did a decent job of tying at 5 Votes.  Also we have a vote poll up in our forum regarding a soon to come Mapping contest on the 15th, Feel free to visit the forum and vote on which game or games you would like to see the contest on.  Also soon to come are some Unreal Tournament 3 servers.  We hope to have atleast 2 new servers up and running sometime soon!  Hold tight cause this may be a bumpy ride for our clan.   Don't forget if you got some mad art skills, sign up for the contest when it rolls around, we will be sure to announce it here in the news section!

{HoF} TDM Battle Royal Tournament

Yes people, you heard correctly. {HoF} is hosting a TDM battle on Saturday, July 26th. It will be 30 minute matches of 2 vs. 2, no holds bar style bloodshed.
